![]() Doctrine ships must be available for free to all pilots, and they must have the priority to use them. Use doctrines and train up FC of your own. Ask them about their needs, plans and problems, and act accordingly. take care of your corpmates! Not all of them will be able to find fun and /or make a living out of a WH system without your help. If you see someone who you can't fight effectively, just try to roll holes before they notice you first, or they engage. You must kill and fight everyone in your hole, no matter who, with time wou will have a name (you are already on a good way achieving this). in w-space, everyone is your enemy, so take hole control very seriously. Never ever shittalk to anyone, and if your corpmates do so, shut them down, because it will build a bad reputation and you never know who's taking it a little bit too seriously. you can talk on local, but only talk if it's worth it. Or augs - guards + dreks or hacs, theres a lot of options around.Īs a former WH Corp leader myself, I can give you a few tips also, maybe helps: Try to start with cheap brawling comps like rr cyclones or drakes navys + basis or ospreys something like that. I'm wex sm, reach to me if you need any advice or help :DĪnd yea leshaks are very good but tends to be expensive and needs a better experience/skills/piloting overall if you want to do it well. Make sure to learn fron your losses and improve after a fight.Īt the end i spare the structure since getting a fight in the future is better than get 800m in loot. I hope you enjoy wh space, you guys will get stronger with more sp and variety of doctrines and skirmishes against other groups. It was a very fun fight, i panicked at the start since i needed to set everything haha it was a lot of dps but i think that you guys should have won with a better strategy, you split dps too much. Heyy!! Just saw this, i was the leshaks/nestor pilot, my friend was in the vigilant/blackbird. Here's hoping I make it FanFest in 2024 or Eve Vegas because I certainly owe a lot of folks a beer. But I'm positive that'll be a fight we never, ever forget. Getting spanked like we did today you'd expect to hear that our pilots walked out heads hung low but people were cracking up in comms, talking non-stop about how we all need to skill into Leshaks now (a pipe dream as most of our pilots are still between 2-10m SP) and how overpowered they are, and just in general enjoying playing the game together. You're full of class act folks and our enjoyment of your game will continue to poach Eve Echoes members over to here. So, Eve Online community, you have absolutely failed to live up to your reputation. And gave us some tips on fits, where we went wrong, and just laughed about how high our morale was after taking such heavy losses. And then they started chatting with us and spared our structure. So we whelped a metric ton of ships into them and they walked out up 8.7b in kills to our 49m. ![]() But far more experienced and we had no FC at all available. Afterwards they spent weeks with us coaching us on how to properly set up hole control, advisable ships to use, and so much more. Then we tried to drop an Astrahus and a huge force showed up and rolled over us and blew it up. So we dropped a Raitaru without incident and have been living out of it for a while. ![]() We just couldn't beat the attractiveness of a new type of experience for our pilots though. And because that SouthEast seems to have a lot of capitals and supers dropped around that we just cannot keep up with. We've had donations of expensive skill books that are pretty required, had different groups reach out to advise us on building a doctrine, and leaders of various organizations willing to answer questions on how to set up corp level programs.Īnd then we moved into a wormhole to try to offer our players a unique experience we never got in Echoes. This couldn't be further from what we've experienced. Catskull is rounding out about our third month in game as a corporation and are still going pretty strong bring in around 5-10 new players a week with around 150 unique pilots across many time zones.īut, before you start playing Eve you hear all about how toxic the community is, how you're going to continuously get dunked on by players with more SP and more ISK, and it is going to be miserable. I wanted to take a minute to talk about something we've experienced as a new corporation in Eve Online. ![]()
